		<description>Love my Vita-Mix!  It makes a world of difference for preparing Green Smoothies! It is well worth the investment.  I&#039;ve had mine for at least 20 years and it&#039;s never let me down.
One of my favorites for starting the day is 1/2 bundle of parsley, large handful of spinach and 2 gala apples.  It is so light and refreshing and surprisingly delicious.  
Some people find it a challenge to drink green smoothies in the winter because it gives them a chill, so I suggest to blend a little longer to allow the mixture to warm up.  It is still just as tasty and and nutritious.</description>
